Boston -- Batters facing Pitcher John Rogers never know whether the ball is coming form the port, or starboard side. He's ambidextrous -- both in his vocation as an architect and on the mound as pitcher for the Garman club of Boston's Hub league.

Recently in a game with the South Boston Braves he fanned 13. He has both minor and major league offers, but they do not interest him.
