Lefty or righty, Bremen's Brett Kolacki real deal on mound
Pat Disabato, Chicago Tribune, 10 May 2015
If you've watched Bremen play the past few seasons, you might recall seeing No. 27 pitching left-handed one day and right-handed another day.
No, your eyes weren't deceiving you. You weren't hallucinating or in need of a medical checkup. Brett Kolacki, the Braves' No. 27, pitches with his left or right arm — and does it well.
It's a skill he's possessed as far as he can remember, though he didn't begin taking his ability to pitch with either arm seriously until the seventh grade. It's a trait no one else in his family possesses.
